Aber Comedy Fest 2026 Beta App Is Live!

The Aberystwyth Comedy Festival App is back for 2026! You have a choice whether to stick with the Classic version, or update to the Beta.

Here’s what those two options mean for you:

Stick with Classic

• The same app as last year.
• You keep any favourites you have chosen for this year so far.
• No new features, such as ‘Group Collaboration’.

Update to the Beta

• Clearer text and cleaner design throughout.
• ‘Group Collaboration’ allows you to plan group bookings for shows in real time.
• Track which shows you have favourited, and which shows you have booked a ticket for. (After updating to Beta, you will lose any current favourites from the Classic app, and you will need to add them again.)
• See a timetable of your whole weekend.
• Browse running orders for each space.

How do I download Classic?

How do I download the Beta App for IOS?

Tap here. You will first be asked to install TestFlight, which is an additional app that allows you to help test beta software on IOS.

Once you have installed TestFlight, click the link again, and you can download the Beta version of the Aberystwyth Comedy Festival app.

How do I download the Beta App for Android?

Tap here. This will show you a screen with some installation information about the Beta, and a button to confirm you want to ‘Become a tester’.

Then, you will be shown information about how to install the Beta version of the Aberystwyth Comedy Festival app on your device.

You can remove the Beta version of the app at any time.
